Each Vilora piece is made to order, requiring approximately 10–15 working days for crafting and delivery within Pakistan. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?


We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for delivery costs on exchanged items. Personalized or engraved items are non-exchangeable.
